Where are you based?
We’re based in Derbyshire and operate across the Peak District and surrounding areas. Our local knowledge allows us to recommend the best locations, suppliers and experiences for each group.
Do you provide accommodation and transport?
Yes. We can arrange group accommodation, transport, catering and activities — or simply support with the elements you need help with. We’re flexible and work around your plans.
Do you work with local suppliers?
Yes — wherever possible we work with small, trusted local businesses across the Peak District and Derbyshire. This helps us deliver better, more personal experiences while supporting the local community
Are you a booking platform or a local events company?
We’re a small, family-run events company. When you book with HDK Events, you deal directly with our team — not a call centre or automated system.
